Update: A judge struck down President Trump's plan to deplete the American food stamp program, due to the current national state of emergency. Still, the fact that the President wanted to make these changes proves that he does not care at all about all of the severe hardships that people living in poverty go through everyday. This is shameful! The President of the United States has no kindness in his heart at all, so please don't vote for him in  November!

Donald Trump, the worst president the United States has ever seen, is dramatically decreasing money for the food stamp program, starting in April. Hundreds of thousands of people on low-income will starve without government assistance. Even though this legislation does not directly target people of color or people with disabilities, it will have grave impacts on their lives. This is due to the institutionalized racism and ableism that create many more barriers to employment for these populations. No men, women or children should go without food, especially in this current state of emergency.
